Many thanks for the swift and efficient manner in which JSW Insurance Services Ltd brokered a buildings insurance policy.

On 01 November 2007 I was attending at a deceased’s property in Uttoxeter to gather papers relevant to the administration of the deceased’s estate.

By chance the buildings insurance policy was discovered and the buildings insurance cover expired on 31 October 2007. Within 5 minutes I had managed to speak to you and within 10 minutes suitable buildings insurance was on risk.

This demonstrates a level of customer service that I have not experienced with insurance brokers in my 25 years as a solicitor.

'Thank you for referring JSW to us for our travel insurance.
I was directed to JSW websiste, which provided a link to Essential Travel. After accessing this site with great ease we were able to produce a quoatation for our family trip to Menorca in May.
Unfortunatleyk, during our holiday our 3-year old daughter was taken ill and had to be admitted to hospital. We immediately handed our insurance details for the doctors to contact Essential Travel.
Fortunately, our daughter recovered quite quickly and was discharged from hospital after 24 hours. The insurance company, however, not only contacted us whilst in hospital, but continued to keep in touch during the two outpatient visits, until they were satisfied that we were able to fly home.
