Following an urgent requirements we approached Mike and his SEI team for additional security to our property. Within 24 hours a job spec had been agreed and a proposal issued. The following working day, after acceptance Jason arranged for Dan the endgineer to visit and within hours of Dan's arrival the new CCTV was fully installed, operational and effective. Great work from a great team and we will not hesitate to recommend Mike and his team to anyone.

Signs Express Stoke have used SEI Electrical as their trusted electrical contractor to install all of our Illuminated/Digital Signage/Lighting projects for over 5 years now and our level of service has been nothing other than perfect.
Time after time we were quoted for projects and then found that the price was raised mid-way through because ‘it wasn’t quoted for’ or ‘the time allowance was quoted incorrectly’ As a professional company I would expect the subject matter expert to accurately estimate the project costs and not leave it to guesswork.
With SEI we have had none of this. The price is as per the quotation and the project is always delivered when they say it will be and to the highest quality. I cannot ask for any more than that!
An excellent service, one we would be happy to recommend to all our clients.

I would like to offer a testimonial in response to the wonderful work SEI did at our premises in installing CAT-5 ethernet internet connections throughout and also the installation and configuration of CCTV. The team who came and did the installations were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional throughout. We moved home a few months ago, and contracted Mike and the SEI team to install us a comprehensive perimeter and PIR alarm system.

We were so delighted with the alarm and its functionality, we then upgraded the system to include heat/fire detection in the hall-way and landing and also a CO monitoring system as neither was in-situ into what is a 1930's house.

SEI's engineers, support team and Mike himself were all a credit to the company and we would not hesitate to recommend them to all.

I needed the electrical safety certificates for The Specsplace in Longton and was not entirely sure what that entailed. I spoke to Mike from SEI and he explained the process, had a look around the practice to give me an accurate idea of time and work required and then conducted the work to cause no disruption to practice time. WOW what is there not to say about SEI. Mikes team of electricians really do go above and beyond. We were having a full re-wire on our head office when the electricity board cut the whole street off. All the company’s in the road were having a panic but not us, one of the electricians got us hooked onto a temporary supply to run our phones and computers within 5 minutes. If they were not in the building at the time we would have lost a lot of business. The whole re wire has also gone brilliant from start to Finnish.

Mike and his team conducted a major install on a property of ours where the building had to be completely rewired, they needed to incorporate channelled floor power for the desk units, ultra low energy lighting system, incorporate air conditioning and hard wire broadband facilities throughout along with usual power and window fittings, further feature lighting was installed to both highlight the building and emphasise the branding. Fire protection systems were installed along with alarm and CCTV security. The works needed to be synchronised with the builders and the other trades who were working onsite to what was a very tight schedule. From the whole planning through to completion the job was completed on time and on budget with the property ready for handover. The end result is great and a few small follow up jobs haven't been a problem, we are happy to refer Mike and his team and it gives great pleasure to write this review for SEI. Thank you.

Please take time to read this testimonial about the guys at SEI Electrical Contractors. As with any business and as part of our insurance schedule we have to have a periodic 5 year electrical inspection. I entrusted SEI to deliver this and from the start they showed their added value. Concious that we're a technology company and we are heavily reliant on electrical equipment the initial 2 guys volunteered to start at 6am so the main lower floor test could be finished in time for us to open the doors at our normal time. The guys worked tirelessly all through the day, no long lunches and no sharp-in-take-of-breaths. Anything that popped up was dealt with and onto the next job. We wanted system upgrades and the guys worked with us to get the best solutions for what we needed. A thorough and proper job from a clean, professional and knowledgeable company.
